Birria can be enjoyed as a stew served over rice and topped with onions, cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime juice or as tacos, quesadillas, burritos or a delicious soup. Any way you like it, it will always be delicious! Birria is usually cooked for special occasions and it’s traditionally slow cooked (braised) and made out of goat, lamb or beef in a rich and flavorful broth, or consomé. We make it easier for you with our Spice Bombs.

us
Maria’s dream of sharing her Honduran culture and flavors with our community became a reality in 2016 with Juan More Taco Mobile, later expanding to Juan More Taco FXBG and Juan More Taco RVA. Her ambition was to craft a sense of belonging, where everyone feels welcome, irrespective of their origins or culinary choices.
As customers savored our dishes, they were reminded of fond memories and a sense of comfort. The enthusiasm was palpable, with patrons requesting our recipes and spices, ultimately leading to the development of Juan’s Spices Bombs.
